Smooth order and good quality plush

I ordered a Zoro sword replica. The sword itself is well-made and looks great for display, no complaints there. The ordering process was smooth. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 10 days to reach California, and the tracking updates were a bit sparse. It arrived well-packaged though, so no damage. From my experience, the figures are authentic. I've ordered a few of the higher-end statues and they all came with official branding and looked exactly as pictured.

Yeah, I think their apparel generally runs pretty standard. For hats, sometimes it's adjustable, so check the product page details, I guess. My Chopper plushie was exactly the size I expected, lol.

They have a standard return window, I think 30 days or something. Just make sure it's unworn and with tags. Afaik, you gotta start the process through their website, usually a form or an email to support.

It can vary a bit with pre-orders across different sites, but Grand Line Voyage has been decent for me. Sometimes there's a slight delay if the manufacturer pushes back, but that's not really the store's fault. They usually communicate if something like that happens.
